Name: Bloxie

Location: Dorset Cat Centre

Bloxie is a handsome, gentle chap with a loving nature and the loudest purr you’ll ever hear. He can seem a little shy at first and may tuck himself away in a cosy spot, especially as he’s quite sensitive to noise. But the moment you step into his pen, he pops straight out, climbs onto your lap, and starts making biscuits as if he’s known you forever.
Once he feels settled, Bloxie is incredibly affectionate and actively seeks out attention. He adores being stroked and groomed and is a true lap cat who loves nothing more than company and gentle fuss. He would thrive in a calm home where someone is around much of the time to enjoy his cuddly nature. He could also live with calm, older children who understand that he sometimes needs a bit of quiet time.
Our vet has noted that Bloxie has slightly loose kneecaps – very mild and likely something he was born with and unlikely to cause him any problems in the future — complete with a couple of old tears in his left ear — only adds to his charm and tells the story of a life well lived.
He’s a very sweet, people focused boy who will reward his new family with endless purrs, affection, and companionship.
