Name: Tuvok

Location: Basingstoke & District

If you like black cats then Tuvok might be the boy for you, he is named after a character in Star Trek. Tuvok came to us after his owner couldn’t look after him any more and what his personality is like has taken some time to understand. He can be friendly enjoying to be stroked but only when he wants it. He doesn’t want much attention as he finds a comfortable place to settle and sleep and won’t be a lap cat. He will play with a ball knocking it about then chasing it around the room and he has started to catch a ribbon which the fosterer has on the end of a stick.
He is keen on food and at only 3 years old is able to easily get onto worktops so no food can be left out. When his wet food is put down he eats it as fast as possible so the fosterer scatters his dry biscuits meaning he has to hunt for them which takes a little longer. Tuvok needs his forever home and would benefit from an owner who has had cats before and will make no demands on how he should behave or interact. He would need to be in a home with no other animals or children as he doesn’t show himself being interested in being a companion pet. However, he is a young cat and deserves a loving home where he will be appreciated.
