Missy, the elegant grey and white lady at 11, is a gentle soul with a chatty personality. She loves to engage in little conversations with her humans, letting them know exactly what’s on her mind. She’s not one to demand constant cuddles, but with patience and affection, she’ll slowly lean into them, rewarding you with quiet companionship. Missy adores climbing to high vantage points where she can watch birds and quietly oversee her domain, always keeping a loving eye on Dekker. Her independence is balanced by the warmth she brings to a peaceful household.

Dekker, a 6-year-old black and white sweetheart, has a heart full of affection. Initially shy, he blossoms into a purring, dribbling bundle of love once he feels safe. He adores curling up on laps, enjoying fusses, and playtime with toys. Like Missy, he is an enthusiastic bird watcher, often forgetting that the birds are out of reach! Dekker treasures Missy’s company, maintaining his gentle independence while always being aware of his best friend by his side.

Missy & Dekker are fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and have received a clean bill of health.

They are searching for a quiet, loving home where they can feel safe and cherished. A household with older children is ideal, and while they enjoy the company of another cat, they would thrive in a dog-free environment. A calm location away from busy roads and railways will allow them to watch the world in peace, and in return, they’ll offer endless warmth, gentle chatter, affection, and unforgettable moments of companionship. 💜

It would be beneficial for Missy & Dekker to have a safe, secure, quiet room to start off in. It will need to have enough space to have a separate area for food, water and a litter tray placed as far away as possible. They will also need somewhere to hide, access to a high spot where they can view their surroundings, suitable places to sleep a scratching post and a few cat toys for them to play. We would also recommend a Feliway diffuser in their room, as they may hide away for a few days when they go to their new home.
