Holly (from Drumoyne)





GOOD NEWS – Holly has come home

5 year old Holly who went missing from her home in Drumoyne on Sunday 3 November 2019 surprised her family yesterday (03/12/19) by returning home safe & sound one month after going missing.

Her family are absolutely delighted at her safe return & would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared her post & also “thank” everyone who kept a look out for her when she was missing.

Ollie ( from Penilee, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Ollie is reunited home after 6 weeks

Ollie who went missing from his home in Penilee on Monday 30 September 2019 has been found and reunited back with his family earlier today (Friday 15 November 2019).

His family’s postman happened to be chatting to someone about half a mile from his home and they had told him they were feeding a wee cat.  After getting a description the postman recognised Ollie and let the feeder know where he was from and where his family were and they were contacted this morning and given the good news Ollie had been found and was waiting to go home.

He is very thin (lost just over half his body weight) dehydrated and very hungry and has been to the vet to get checked over.  Vet has prescribed much tlc, rest, food and water and he will be going back next week for another check up.

Ollie’s family are over the moon to have him home and would like to “thank” everyone who shared his post and helped look for him when he was missing and they would like to pass on a very special “thank you” to their amazing postman and also the resident who had started to feed Ollie.

Munro (from Bridge of Weir)

GOOD NEWS – Munro has been found

Munro who went missing from his home in Bridge of Weir on Saturday 2 November 2019 has been found and reunited back with his family this morning (Tuesday 5 November 2019).

His family got a call from a nearby neighbour to say that he had appeared at their home and other than being hungry & thirsty he is safe, well and healhy after his adventure.

His family are absolutely delighted to have him home and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared his post & also “thank” everyone who kept a look out for him when he was missing.

                                                                                                                                                              

Diego (From Govanhill)

GOOD NEWS – Diego returns home after 5 weeks

Diego who went missing from his home in the Govanhill area of Glasgow on Wednesday 11 September 2019 surprised his family at 4am this morning (Tuesday 15 October 2019) by returning home after his 5 week adventure.

He’s a little skinny but healthy otherwise and hasn’t stopped purring since.

His family are absolutely delighted at his safe return and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared his post and also “thank” everyone who helped look for him when he was missing.


                                                                                                                                                           

Skye (from Govanhill)

GOOD NEWS – Skye has been found

6 year old Skye, the indoor cat who went missing from her home in the Govanhill area of Glasgow on Sunday 7 July 2019 was found safe & well on Saturday 12 October 2019 near to home and has been reunited back with her family after her 3 month adventure.

Her family are over the moon to have her home and would like to pass on their thanks to everyone who shared her post & also thank everyone who helped look for her when she was missing.

                                                                                                                                                                                      


Alfie (from Stepps)

GOOD NEWS – Alfie is reunited home after 43 days

Alfie, the 7 year old outdoor, Ragdoll male cat who went missing from his home in Stepps on the morning of Tuesday 30 July 2019 was found earlier today (Wednesday 11 september 2019) by his family.

They had been out driving and about a mile from home spotted him in a field.

He has been to the vet for a check-up and other than losing a lot of weight he is otherwise well & healthy after his extended adventure.

His family are absolutely delighted to have him home and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared his post & helped look for him when he was missing.

                                                                                                                                       

Lucie (from Castlemilk)

GOOD NEWS – Lucie is reunited home after 31 days

11-year-old, Lucie who went missing from her home in Castlemilk on the evening of Sunday 4 August 2019 was found safe & well earlier today and reunited home after her 31 day adventure.

She had appeared in a nearby neighbours garden & after searching through lost & found sites they recognised Lucie and contacted her family to let them know where she was. 

With the help of the neighbour, Lucie’s family left her cat carrier out in the neighbours garden & when Lucie went inside the neighbour managed to catch her and take her home.

Her family are delighted  she has been found and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared her post and helped look for her when she was missing and they would like to pass on a special  thank you” to the neighbour who reunited her home.

                                                                                                                               


Lilly (from Dumbarton)

GOOD NEWS – Lilly has been found

Lilly, the outdoor cat who went missing from her home Dumbarton on Saturday 3 August 2019 has been found safe & well on Wednesday 4 September 2019 and is now back home with her family after her 32 day adventure.

She was found not far from home & her family are absolutely delighted and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared her post & also “thank” everyone who kept a look out for her when she was missing.
                                                                                                                                  

Luigi (from Alexandria, Dumbarton)

GOOD NEWS - Luigi has been found

9 year old Luigi Luigi who went missing from his home in in Alexandria on Friday 23 August 2019 was found safe & well yesterday evening and has been reunited back with his family.

He had made a 5 mile trip back to his old house which his family had moved from in July.

Luigi’s family are absolutely delighted to have him home and would like to pass on their thanks to everyone who shared his post & helped look for him when he was missing.
                                                                                                                                                            


Milah (from Mosspark, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Milah has come home

Milah who went missing from her home in Mosspark on Sunday 14 July 2019 returned home last night  (31/07/19) – 17 days after going missing - very thin, tired and with her collar around her body.

Family have removed all collars from their cats now and after having food and water and checking Milah over thoroughly she seems to be okay.

Her family are absolutely delighted at her safe return and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared her post and also “thank” everyone who helped look for her when she was missing. 

                                                                                                                                                               

Zoe (Kings Park, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Zoe has been found

Zoe who went missing from her home in Kings Park on Thursday 25 July 2019 was found safe & well earlier this evening ( 28/07/19) - under her neighbours house!

How she got there is a complete mystery and the family had to to lift their floorboards to rescue her.

Zoe’s family are absolutely delighted to have her home and would like to pass on their thanks to everyone who shared her post & helped look for her when she was missing.

                                                                                                                                                        


Mittens (from Cambuslang)

GOOD NEWS -  Mittens has been found safe & well

7-month-old Mttens, the wee indoor kitten who managed to escape from his home in Cambuslang on Friday 12 July 2019 was found safe & well last night (18/07/2019) and is home with his family after his 6 day adventure.

Here is an update from his family:

Good news to share.... Mittens (Houdini) has been found hiding in the neighbours house 😂 the neighbour had left his door open today so he must have sneaked in on route home a. 👍 thanks so much for your help in sharing his picture. He is extremely thin looking so he will be pampered, cuddled, fattened up and de-flead over the next few days x

                                                                                                                                           

Kiki (from Partick, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Kiki is reunited back with her family after 7 weeks

Kiki the indoor cat who managed to escape from her home in Partick on Tuesday 14 May 2019 was reunited home with her family at the weekend (6/7 July 2019) after she turned up in her own back court.

She is absolutely fine after her extended adventure and super happy to be reunited with her humans.

Jake (from Govan, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Jake returns home safe & sound

9 year-old Jake, an outdoor cat who went missing from his home in Govan on Thursday 20 June 2019 surprised his family at lunchtime on Tuesday 2 July 2019 by returning home.

Other than being hungry & a little bit dirty he is well and healthy after his 12 day adventure.

Noah (from Dumbreck, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS - Noah has come home

4-year-old, Noah, the outdoor cat who went missing from his home in the Dumbreck area of Glasgow on Tuesday 11 June 2019 surprised his family on Sunday 23 June 2019 by returning home after his 12 day adventure.  Here is a wee message from his family:

The wanderer has returned!!!! Wailing at the door to be let in, a little skinny and dirty but purring away and wanting cuddles. 💜

MORE GOOD NEWS – Bae has returned home after 17 days

Bae the outdoor female cat who went missing from her home in the Mosspark area of Glasgow on Wednesday 29 May 2019 surprised her family this morning (15.06.2019)  by returning home after her extended adventure.

She has lost alot of weight and will be getting lots of TLC from her family to help her on her road to recovery.

GOOD NEWS – Charlie has come home

7 year old Charlie who went missing from her home in Carntyne on Thursday 11 April 2019 surprised her family yesterday evening by returning home after her 30 day adventure.

She has lost a lot of weight and is covered in cuts and has been booked into the vet for a thorough check up.

Ringo (from Carntyne, Glasgow)


GOOD NEWS - Ringo has come home

14 year old Ringo who went missing from his his new home in Carntyne on Monday 8 April 2019 surprised his family yesterday (Saturday 4 May 2019) by returning home after his 26 day adventure.

He has lost a lot of weight and is lapping up well needed cuddles but seems otherwise okay and will be going to the vets for a check up just to make sure.

Charlie (from North Kelvinside, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS - Charlie has been found

9-year-old Charlie who went missing from his home in North Kelvinside on Saturday 20 April 2019 was found last night (Sunday 28 April 0219)  & reunited back with his family.

He’d managed to get locked in an empty flat near to home and other than being  very hungry and a bit dusty he is otherwise well & healthy after his 8 day adventure.

His family are delighted to have him home and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared his post and also “thank” everyone who helped look for him when he was missing.

                                                                                      

Peppa (from Bridgeton, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Peppa is reunited home after 10 months

3-year-old Peppa, the indoor cat who managed to escape from his home near Bridgeton Main Street on Tuesday 26 June 2018 has been found & was reunited back with his family yesterday evening - 26 April 2019 – 10 months after going missing.

3 weeks ago he started to appear at a workplace roughly 10 mins from his home & one of the workers posted on facebook about him.  He was then scanned and his family were called and given the good news that he was waiting to go home after his extended adventure.

He is safe, well & healthy and has put on weight since he left home and where he has been prior to turning up at the workplace is a total mystery that only he knows the answer to.

Peppa’s family are over the moon and would like to “thank” everyone who shared his post & helped look for him when he was missing.

Leo (from Bishopbriggs)

GOOD NEWS – Leo returns home after 15 days

Leo who went missing from his home in Bishopbriggs on Monday 25 March 2019 surprised his family on Tuesday 9 April 2019 by returning hoem safe, well & healthy after his 15 day adventure. Here is a wee message from his family:

Hi, wanted to let you know I got a fabulous surprise today as Leo found his way home to us.  He was asleep on the bed when I got home from work!

We don’t know where he’s been (in spite of many kind people keeping an eye out and a good few reported sightings) and he’s lost a lot of weight but he seems otherwise ok 😁 Really didn’t think this was how things would be resolved after 15 days but we couldn’t be happier!

Can you please pass on my thanks to everyone who offered advice and sympathy.

GOOD NEWS – Heisy has come home

Heisy who went missing from his new home in Cardonald on Wednesday 27 March 2019 surprised his family on Sunday 7 April 2019 by returning home safe & sound after his 11 day adventure.

His family scattered some of the contents of their hoover cylinder around their garden a couple of days ago & the scent seemed to done the trick and help him find his way home.

Pippa (from Priesthill)

GOOD NEWS – Pippa is found in Cumbernauld!

Pippa who went missing from her home in Priesthill on Tuesday 19 March 2019 was found earlier today (Monday 1 April 2019)  in Cumbernauld and has now been reunited back with her family after her extended adventure.

Gus (from Baillieston)

MORE GOOD NEWS - Gus has also been found

10-year-old Gus who went missing from his home in Baillieston was also reunited back with his family yesterday (29/03/19) – 10 days after going missing.

He had found another local to feed him and spent the past 10 days being pampered and only when they seen his missing post hey realised the stray they had taken in was infact not a stray at all and contacred his family to let them know where he was.

His family are absolutely delighted to have him home and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared his post & also thank everyone who helped look for him when he was missing.

MORE GOOD NEWS – Pedro has been found

 

Pedro who went missing from his home in Hardgate on Friday 22 March 2019 was found yesterday (28/03/19) and reunited back with his family after his 6 day adventure. Wee message from his family as follows:

 

Hi there, YES!! ☺☺ Pedro was found this afternoon by staff at Kilbowie Primary school. He was in the carpark all day and they were feeding him. And a total miracle happened...One of our neighbours in the next street behind us who'd been helping us look for Pedro (who just so happens to work at kilbowie primary!) found out he was there, she recongnised him straight away and alerted us.

 

They took him to Boyce and Houston Vets where we were reunited with him. He's back home now. Very hungry and a little jumpy when we first brought him home but he's settling in and getting lots of cuddles and he is definitely relieved to be back home!!

Leo (from Clarkston, Glasgow)



GOOD NEWS – Leo has been found

10 year old , outdoor cat Leo who went missing from his home in Clarkston on Monday 25 February 2019 was reunited back with his family earlier today after his 23 day adventure.

Here is a wee update from his family:

Leo was found on 20th March 2019, having been spotted coming for cat food in a nearby garden at a set time of early evening.

Lost a bit of weight, but clean as can be. Had  to do a fair bit of persuasion to coax him to come to us.

Sophie (from Scotstoun)

GOOD NEWS - Sophie is reunited home after 26 days

13 yr old Sophie who went missing from her home in Scotstoun on Monday 11 February 2019 has been found and was reunited back with her family on Friday 9 March 2019

She was found near to home by a resident who realised she wasn’t a regular visitor to their garden & after winning her trust she was taken to the vet to be scanned for a microchip.

Her family were then called and given the good news that she was safe, sound and waiting to go home after her 26 day adventure.

Sophie’s family are overjoyed to have her home & would like to “thank” everyone who shared her post & helped look for her when she was missing and they would also like to pass on a very special “thank you” to the resident that reunited her home.

9 year old Ollie who went missing from his home in Hyndland on Saturday 23 Februaury 2019 was found on Wednesday 27 February 2019 stuck down a steep drop between a wall and a basement flat not too far from home.

Other than being extremely hungry he is well & healthy after his 4 day adventure.

GOOD NEWS – George returns home after 12 days

1 & ½ year old, George who went missing from his home in Priesthill on Tuesday 12 February 2019 surprised his family at 6am on the morning of Sunday 24 February 2019 by returning home after his 12 day adventure.

Other than being extremely hungry he is well & healthy.

Joey (from Queenzieburn, Kilsyth)

GOOD NEWS – Joey is reunited home after 4 & ½ months

Joey who went missing from his home in Kilsyth on Monday 1 October 2018 has been found and was reunited back with his family on Saturday 16 February 2019 after 4 & ½ months of adventure.

He had been straying at a nearby village and someone managed to catch him and scan him and then called his family to give them the good news that he was safe, well & healthy and waiting to go home.

Joey’s family are over the moon and would like to “thank” everyone who shared his post & helped look for him when he was missing and they would also like to pass on a very special “thank you” to the person that took him to be scanned.

Garfield (from Kelvindale, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Garfield is reunited home after 34 days

Garfield who went missing from his home in the Kelvindale area of Glasgow on Sunday 23 December 2018 has been found and was reunited home with his family on Saturday 26 January 2019.

Someone saw his missing post and messaged his family to say that he had been spotted roughly a 5 minute walk away from his home.

He's lost a bit of weight but is otherwise wlll & healthy after his adventure.

His family are absolutely delighted to have him home and would like to pass on their “thanks” to everyone who shared his post & helped look for him when he was missing and they would also like to pass on a special “thank you” to the person who recognised him and reunited him home.

                                                                                                                                                                         

Charlie (from Cranhill, Glasgow)

GOOD NEWS – Charlie is reunited home after over 4 years

6-year-old Charlie who went missing from his new home in Cranhill on Friday 10 October 2014 has been found and was reunite back with his family on Tuesday 22 January 2019 after his extended adventure.

Two weeks ago he had started to visit a resident roughly 1.3 miles from where he went missing and after posting a “found” post on facebook Charlie’s family were found.

He had been scavenging in bins for food & has put on a lot of weight plus he has a sore mouth which looks lika an abscess has burst. His family are taking him to the vet for a full check up just to make sure he is okay.

A wee message from Charlie’s family as follows:

My baby is home. He slept by my side the whole night and ive been getting my kisses and cuddles again like i used to. I cannot thank everyone enough for looking out for him and making it possible for my boy to get home to his family. 4 years and 4 months I have searched and cried.

An amazing outcome and a fantastic start to my new year. Xxx
