Lively Lucky came to Gosport CP after living in several different homes in quick succession. As a result, she was quite shy and tended to hide under fosterers Sue and Dave's bed. Unfortunately, the vet discovered that Lucky had kidney disease (very early stage) and it looked as if she was not going to be adopted, as people realised the long term care and costs involved in looking after her.
By this time, however, Lucky had won the hearts of Sue and Dave, and they could not resist adopting her themselves. As the photos show, she has come out of her shell now and is busy investigating the house and playing with the toys she received from the CP Christmas box. Although Lucky is on a special renal diet now, she shows no signs of being unwell and has a very lively and affectionate character. In fact, she's into everything!
