The last year has been difficult for us all. As the world starts to open up again we're bracing ourselves for more tough times. Many routine veterinary treatments had to be put on hold during lockdown, meaning we are about to become exceptionally busy as we continue to deal with the impact of lockdown. We will see cats who are ill having missed vaccinations. We will see litters of tiny kittens whose young parents haven't been neutered. We will see heartbroken owners unable to care any longer for their beloved cats.
Little Kirsty came to us after being found abandoned and alone in a car park at just 4 weeks old. Hungry and frightened, she was lucky to be spotted by a kind member of the public who immediately contacted Gosport Cats Protection. As you can see, the TLC and routine veterinary care Kirsty received enabled her to put a bad start in life behind her, and be adopted into a loving home.
Gosport Cats Protection will always be here for the cats but now we need your help. Your summer gift could save a life: £10 could buy a comfy bed where a cat can recover, £30 could provide antibiotics and painkillers for a cat after surgery. Will you help the cats and kittens who come through our doors by supporting our appeal?
If you would prefer to donate by bank transfer or cheque, please send us a private message or telephone 07825 592921 and we will be happy to provide you with the relevant details.
