Cats Protection and RSPCA are currently running an ALL WALES CAT NEUTERING CAMPAIGN where owners on benefits or low income can have their cats neutered and chipped for just £5 !! Most Vets in Gwent are taking part in the scheme, so ring your vet to take advantage of this great offer if you have any unneutered cats or strays.
