Appeal to help Gwent cats like Stephen

PLEASE ...Help us help cats like Stephen ..

Stephen is only a young cat & came to us as a stray . He had a huge umbilical hernia repaired & was then referred to the fabulous Veterinary Eye Hospital at Leominster. Stephen has a rare condition where he was born with his upper eyelids missing ..its incredibly painful for him & he needs 2 operations at the eye hospital to rebuild them & give him a pain free future.The hospital have been amazing and are given us a huge discount but with the hernia operations,medications etc he has already had , his vet bill costs will be around £2,000.
