There is so much you can do.
We are always seeking volunteers for our shop which is located at 17 Wakefield Road, Hipperholme, HX3 8AA, if you are interested, please call 01422 205341 and ask to speak with the manager.
We are also in need of fosterers. Fosterers look after our cats in there own homes until the cat is adopted. The cat needs to be kept indoors at all times and be seperate from any other pets, particularly other cats. You also need to be able to take the cat to the vets, usually a maximum of four visits while the cat is with you. We pay all vets costs and provide cat food, litter and essential equipment. If you would like further information, please call us and one of our volunteers will call you back, 0345 647 2182.
Branch team leader
The importance of volunteers to Cats Protection cannot be overestimated. We are only able to help thousands of cats and kittens each year due to the efforts of our passionate volunteers who willingly give up their time and expertise to help our feline friends in need. Our branch team leaders support volunteer groups in regards to all aspects of their roles, making make sure our volunteers are happy, confident and supported in their roles.
