We love out pets every day, of course. But Saturday, 20 February is Love Your Pet Day, so give them a bit of extra attention.
Whether you’re a cat lover, a dog owner or you share your home with a goldfish, this is the day to show them how much they mean to your family.
We all love our pets; they bring us so much joy, keep us company when we are lonely and support us through lockdown.
Our pets can provide a structure and purpose to our day. They welcome us home, give us someone to talk to and even reduce our stress levels. All they want in return is to be loved, cared for and treated with kindness.
So take extra pleasure in your relationship with your pet and show them how much you care.
