Branch administration team leader volunteer

We are looking for a Branch administration team leader volunteer. This is an important, voluntary role that involves being a member of the Branch Committee which meets officially every two months in normal times. The role involves planning the agenda for the Committee meetings, receiving and circulating reports and information, taking and distributing minutes, supporting the team in planning activities and managing communication between volunteers, members and supporters. The role also comprises an annual commitment to organise the AGM which includes finding and booking a venue, dealing with payment, arranging the layout of the hall, planning the raffle and refreshments and supervising the clearing away afterwards.

  • Competent IT skills

Time expectation

Our Branch administration team leader volunteer would usually expect to spend 2 to 4 hours per week in this role, although a little more during the week of the AGM which is usually held in March.
