PickleNorth Hertfordshire

Pickle is a special girl, who needs a special home as she has been through a lot since coming into care. She can be a shy at first but will approach to be stroked when she feels comfortable and can purr quite loudly.

Pickle was found by a member of the public abandoned in a cat carrier in the street and was taken to a local vet. She was kept in the vet for treatment and then transferred to a fosterer, as it was believed that she was ready for homing. It was later found that she required further treatment and now she is on a special diet, which will need to be continued.

Due to her dietary requirements, it may be best if she is homed as an only pet to ensure that she does not eat any other food to upset her. Whilst she is young, she is not really playful and as she is timid, it may be better if she his homed with older children. Also, as we do not know exactly where she has lived in the past, it is felt for her safety, that she should be homed to a quiet road/street as we do not know how road aware she is. If you feel you have the right home for her, we would love to hear from you.
