Rehoming Success Story: Minnie - Apr 2022

Minnie was in the care of North Herts Cats Protection in 2022 and we homed her to her forever loving home. Her adopter has been in touch with an update on how Minnie is doing:

"After my cat passed away I was so upset and adamant that I would never get another pet. After some encouragement I started to look at cats protection and noticed Minnie. When I read that she'd had an injury and was taken to the vet they also found out she was pregnant I knew that I wanted to give her a home. I loved her little walk and the way her feet kicked out due to her injury.
As soon as I met Minnie I fell in love with her and decided that I could give her a wonderful home. As soon as she arrived at her new home she became very inquisitive even though a little nervous so I let her wander around the house by herself. Within an hour it was like she'd always been here. She follows me everywhere and even sits on the edge of the bath when I have a shower or bath. She seems to love feet and cuddles my trainers! I would always recommend giving a rescue cat a home as they deserve to feel safe and loved"

We're delighted that Minnie has settled in so well. If you've adopted a cat from North Herts Cats Protection and would like to send an update please contact us, we'd love to hear from you.
