Challenge 30
2015 sees Cats
Protection having a volunteer run branch in Peterborough for 30 years. During
that time we’ve found new homes for at least 10,000 cats and helped to neuter
many more. This work has been funded totally by donations from the
public.
As part of our
30th birthday celebrations we’re inviting you to join in the fun and take
part in our Challenge 30 fundraising appeal to help us continue helping local
cats and kittens in need.
What is Challenge 30
and how can I take part? We’ve had some ideas of how you or your children
can raise funds for us based around the number 30 but you may have ideas of
your own. These are:
- Save 30 coins
- Hold a coffee morning and aim
to raise £30
- Sell 30 cakes to your friends
Be sponsored to:
- Lose 30 lbs
- Go 30 days alcohol or chocolate
free
- Exercise for 30 minutes a day
for 30 days
Of course, we don’t mind if you add a zero or two to
your 30 and make it 300 or 3000!We’ve set up a Just Giving page, https://www.justgiving.com/Cats-Protection-Peterborough, through which you can easily donate to us, or you
can set up your own event under the main Cats Protection page for your friends
to sponsor you. All you need to do is make sure you mention that you’re
raising funds for the Peterborough Branch which will ensure any monies come to
us. Alternatively we can supply sponsor forms for you to collect
money.For further information contact cphoming@talktalk.net or call 0345 371
