Food Standards Agency: Product Recall Notice

Vets at the Royal Veterinary College have launched an investigation after seeing a spike in reports of cats presenting symptoms of feline pancytopenia, including unexplained bleeding.

More detail on the condition can be found here: https://bit.ly/3gViX4D.

Early investigations have raised suspicions that the condition is linked to diet, and as a result the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has recalled a number of products, which can be found here: https://bit.ly/35rIxZl.

The safety and welfare of cats in your care is our top priority. If you are still using any of these products, this is what you need to do now:

1.           Please stop feeding these foods with immediate effect

2.           Dispose of the contents safely

3.           Return the packaging to any Pets at Home store where pet care advisors will help you find a suitable alternative free of charge.
