"... We have a very content cat. He loves company and prefers it when people are in the room with him. He has some crazy sessions where he chases anything from a dry leaf to a piece of celery. Recent find: an old shoe lace which he loves to pounce on. Over the last few weeks Alfred has ventured outside. He seems to patrol our back garden and occasionally ventures further a field, but only for 10 minutes or so. I have never known such a gentle cat, he will walk away rather than swipe, if he has had enough. Even when he is kneeding he tries to make sure there is a think layer of material between his claws and your skin. His purr still reminds me of a motorbike... he is THE best."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"So this is our little boy Arlo who we adopted and has been with us now for 2 weeks and has really settled in quickly making himself at home and enjoys lazy days and looking out the window. He especially loves cuddles from his mummy and enjoys his treats. Love to have him here with us!"

"Just giving you a wee update on our gorgeous kittens, Chip and Millie. They’ve been with us for a week now and are settling in nicely. They are inseparable. Millie is still a little shy but coming out her shell more each day. Her brother, Chip, on the other hand is very brave and full of mischief."

 

 

"(Bob) has settled in really well. He has adjusted to his home well and these past few days he has really enjoyed the sunshine spending most of the day in the garden, finding shady spots but sometimes lying in the sun, all stretched out. The first time i let him out was a bit nerve racking. He went over the wall at the top of the garden and wandered off. I ended up wandering the streets after about ten minutes, but now he comes when he is called so I know he only goes for short walks. He spends most of the time either in the garden or in the house. He accepted our night time routine from the start and he sleeps in a room on his own (as does Dylan) and he settles really well until we get up in the morning. He likes his morning cuddles at the weekend and will cuddle up on the bed with me when having a bit of a lie in.Him and Dylan are getting better every day. Don't know if they will ever be best friends but they certainly seem to like each other, often sniffing each others noses or walking into the garden together - quite sweet really. They will cuddle up on the same sofa, with some space between them!! I noticed from his identichip info he is actually 14 years old, born in March 2004. You'd never guess he was this age when he's running around having his daily 'mad half hour' of running around. As mentioned, I've put a few photos of Bob which gives you an idea of how settled in he has become. The last picture is actually Dylan's bed, he's taken to curling up in during the day - much to Dylan's dismay!! All in, he's settled in really well and we're very happy to have him."

 

 

 

 

 

"Tori ... is settling in so well and has found her own comfy places in the house to sleep - she spends most of her days lying in the conservatory in the sun and watching the birds. She likes to snuggle on the sofa in the evenings and wakes us up in the mornings with head bumps. Although we have bought a few toys she absolutely loves a scrunched up receipt that she found on Saturday! She kicks it around and we have to throw it for her! We registered her with the vet and all went well with her check up today. I think she will enjoy exploring outside soon."

"... Harley ... a beautiful black female. She has settled in very well, right from the start, and is quite amusing. Harley is very chatty, very clean, very alert, and extremely playful. The only problem is because she is completely black, you never know which end you are looking at, especially in her basket. She loves watching the birds feeding and talks to them and wags her tail."

 

 

"Well we have had Daisy and Poppy (previously cherry and chocolate) 3 weeks now and they have settled in great. Dont think there is any part of the house now left unexplored including the washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and any cupboard or drawer left open!! Kids are completely smitten by them. Cant say we enjoy their mad dash round the whole house every night at approx 11pm though!!"
