In memory of Ruby

My beautiful Ruby - taken far too soon. She was the strongest little lady I'd ever known. She fought through FIP at just 5 months old, then two dental surgeries at 2 years old after living with agonising pain from Stomatitis. After fighting through two awful diseases, she lived happily for 18 months. She was mischievous, full of life and full of love. She loved to snuggle on my lap under a blanket, or sit on my shoulder for cuddles. She would run to the door whenever I got home from work and flop on her side, waiting patiently for a fuss. She was sweet, funny and endlessly adorable. She was taken from us suddenly and far too young, but I consider myself honoured to have been her mama. She gave us a lifetime of love in her short 4 years and she will never be forgotten. Rest peacefully, my sweet girl. We will be reunited one day.
