Patchy - Dir RehomeWolverhampton

Patchy is 8/9 years of age and is looking for a new home under our Direct Rehoming Scheme, due to a change in her owner’s personal circumstances.

She is a very friendly and loving lady who can be a little shy when meeting new people but once she gets to know you she soon relaxes and adores getting lots of fuss.

She is spayed and is litter trained.

She could live with children aged 5 years plus who are comfortable around animals but she would be equally happy living in an adult only home. All Patchy wants is someone to spend time with her and give her lots of fuss!

Patchy is used to going outdoors so we’d like her new home to have a garden she can relax in. She isn’t used to a cat flap but this is something that her new home could introduce her too.

She is used to other cats and it is possible that she could live with another laid back feline after slow introductions but she would be happy just being the only pet so she can have all the love and attention to herself. She isn’t used to dogs.

To help people find new homes for cats they are unable to keep, we try to help via our DHS. This consists of advertising the cat on our website with as much info that we are aware of with a view to putting the prospective adopter in touch with the current carer. Each prospective adopter still has a home visit even though the cat is not the care of Cats Protection.

All known info regarding any cat on our DHS will be given to the prospective adopter at the time of the home visit. We make no claim to have accurate knowledge of the cat, its health, vaccination status, or whether it is neutered, microchipped etc. All rehomings are subject to a successful home visit. If you live in rented/leasehold property we require written consent to have a cat(s) from the landlord, management company or freeholder (whichever applies) to be obtained before a home visit can be undertaken.
