Carnival Fun!

Wolverhampton Cats Protection were out and about in force at this year's Wombourne Carnival, which was held on and around the Civic Centre on the first Sunday in July.
This year we were blessed with a warm, dry day which meant LOADS of people were out and about enjoying the day, which was only a good thing for all the stalls on site, including ourselves (although we may have overindulged in a bit too much ice cream!)
Altogether the WCP team raised a fantastic £245 which we will use to directly fund our work with cats and kittens in the Wolverhampton area. And we'd like to thank the girls – pictured from left to right are Emma, Jo, Sarah and Cheryl – for all their hard work and efforts which were so well rewarded. Special thanks also to Di, who helped all afternoon but avoided the camera!
