FREE Neuter/spay/snip for your cat

FREE Neuter/spay/snip for your cat

Cats are prolific breeders, and one female is capable of having up to 18 kittens per year.  They can also start breeding at a very young age, so we recommend that cats are neutered at around four months of age. Neutered cats live longer, healthier lives and it is the most humane way to stop unwanted pregnancies. Neutering also prevents some cancers, reduces straying, fighting and spraying.

Neutering is the only effective way to reduce the number of unwanted cats in the UK. Cats Protection seeks to dispel myths, spread the neutering message and make it easier for owners on low incomes to get their cats neutered.

If you need to neuter your cat and can't afford the cost, we can help.

Wolverhampton Cats Protection are running a FREE cat neutering offer open to qualifying WV postcode residents from 1st-14th April 2019.

If your cat is at least 20 weeks old, we can issue a free neutering voucher which will completely cover the cost of the neutering operation for your cat(s) at selected vets within the Wolverhampton area. This isn't just an offer for kittens, it's valid for cats of any age.

Call our helpline on 01902 651173 and our volunteers will talk you through the process, or email us at cpwolverhampton@virginmedia.com for more information.
