Help change the law on air gun ownership in England and Wales

Please sign the petition below calling for licensing of air guns across the UK (currently only licensed in NI and Scotland). Cats are regularly the poor victims of shootings. Licensing will help ensure only those with good reason obtain a gun legally and help track down those who misuse them.
