Contact Us
If you urgently need our help to rehome your cat please call us on 01902 651173 or email info@cats.org.uk
If your cat needs urgent veterinary treatment please call your vet in the first instance and your veterinary team will be able to triage the case over the phone. They will likely then offer a phone, video or face to face consultation dependent on the urgency / need for the patient to be seen. Please make sure you are aware of your veterinary practice's opening hours and consult protocols at this time.
Please note: Wolverhampton Cats Protection is run entirely by volunteers who give up their free time to help cats. We endeavour to respond to all communications as quickly as possible but many of our volunteers have full or part-time jobs as well as other commitments, so are not always able to respond immediately. Please note our helpline is staffed from 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday, however sometimes calls cannot always be answered immediately. If there is no reply then leave a voicemail message or call back at a later time. We appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as we can.
