We are always on the look out for more volunteers to help us and there are several ways you can do this

Help in our shop - there are a number of roles to help in. For more information on our shop see 

Become a fosterer - We can install a purpose-built unit in your garden or maybe you have a spare room where you could care for a mum and kittens for a few weeks until we find new homes for them. We pay all expenses and provide you with food and litter for the cats.

Relief telephone cover - Maybe you are good on the telephone and have a sympathetic ear. We need holiday relief for our Lost and Found Cat Search line.see our seperate Lost and Found

Poster distribution - we need people in all areas to put up posters of the cats once a month for us in vets and shop windows for us. We can pay you basic fuel costs.

Home Visitors - as all our cats have had a bad start in life, we therefore like to carry out a home visit before we place each cat just to be sure everyone is happy with the arrangement. New home visitors are always welcome and full training and support will be given.

Cats Protection School and community speakers - Do you enjoy public speaking and like talking to children? We could do with people to go to local schools and organisations to give talks and create awareness of us and our work. We can supply you with talk scripts, educational DVD's and other materials you may need.

Make items to sell - Maybe you like making things? We can always make use of home made things to sell in our shop. Anything from cards to candles, we can sell it all in our Shop.

However much or little time you feel you have to spare, your help will always be welcomed. Be it on a regular, occasional or one-off basis. We really would love to hear from you.
