Swale Cats Protection
IF YOU LOVE CATS AND WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT OUR BRANCH IN SWALE then we would love to hear from you, so please contact us for more details. You can help by:
BECOMING A VOLUNTEER – we are always in desperate need of more likeminded volunteers. There’s hands-on cat work for those who can’t get enough of our feline friends; or if fundraising is your thing, come and join us at one of our events; or perhaps you’re a bit of a wall-flower and just want to remain in the back ground, we have lots of administrative jobs that will need your help. We have so many interesting and varied roles that there must be something just for you.
BECOMING A MEMBER OF OUR BRANCH – for as little as £5.00 per year, you can become a Member and will receive a copy of our Mewsletter at least twice a year to keep you informed as to how we are helping cats in our area. It is also packed with interesting articles on cats as well as stories about our branch.
ADOPTING A CAT OR KITTEN – we have so many cats of all ages and personalities temporarily homed with our fosterers, all looking for a loving and permanent home. We are bound to have the perfect one for you. By offering a Cats Protection cat a good home, you are directly helping our branch and also giving another cat or kitten, who is patiently waiting to come into our care, a second chance of happiness.
MAKING A DONATION – we are all unpaid volunteers who give up our free-time in order to help the cats in our local area. Our branch is only able to care, feed, and pay for the vetinary treatments for our cats because of the kind generosity of people like you who either attend our fundraising events or by donations. You can make a one-off donation to our branch, or you can set-up a regular payment. Our cats are also extremely grateful for any food or toy donations. We currently have donations bins at:
* Abbey Veterinary Surgery, 7 Minster Road, Minster on Sea, Sheerness.
* Halfway Egg Farm, Iwade
* Behind the checkouts, Tesco Store, Sheerness.
* Pets at Home, Sittingbourne
