I will be taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge over the 15th/16th of June. This challenge is to consecutively climb, and travel between Ben Nevis (1344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1085m), all within 24 hours.
I am trying to raise money for “Wellingborough and Rushden Cats Protection”. We are fortunate that we have a very active branch but each year presents more and more unwanted cats and kittens. Our branch wants to ensure that all cats are neutered to help reduce the number of unwanted kittens, the spread of feline disease and cats suffering from cruelty and neglect. We are also involved in working with large feral colonies where the cats are all health checked and neutered.
Fundraising is becoming increasingly difficult but we really do depend on the support of the public to keep our branch running which enables us to rehome hundreds of cats and save the lives of many more.

Welcome to the Wellingborough and Rushden branch of Cats Protection. We are a group of volunteers working to rescue and re-home stray and unwanted cats and kittens. All our cats are looked after by dedicated fosterers from their own homes. We are always looking for new volunteers so if you would like to join our team of committed cat lovers please view our
Volunteering page. Please also view our
what we do page to get a better insight of what are team of volunteers do.
For the children, why not let them spend some time exploring the exciting Cat Protection web site specifically designed for kids. Full of games and lots of interesting things to look at and do... heaps of fun and entertainment to keep them occupied while they learn about cats.
