Adopt a cat

Listed below are a few of the cats currently in our care who are looking for new homes and families. We warmly welcome enquiries regarding homing, however please note that we only rehome within the Wolverhampton area, defined by WV postcodes. If you are looking to adopt a cat and and do not live in a WV postcode, please click here to find your local Cats Protection Branch.

If you think that you can offer a cat a good, safe, caring home then please call us on 01902 651173 or email wolverhamptoncp@yahoo.co.uk. We are available to give advice and support following any adoption, and if you adopt a cat undergoing medical treatment for a long term condition from us, we will make a contribution to the vet bills arising from the condition. Please note rehomings are subject to a successful home visit.

We do everything we can to ensure your cat has had the very best love, care and attention whilst with us. Every cat we home is health checked and arrangements are made for recommended treatments or procedures e.g. microchipping, neutering etc.

Costs for this vary: Vaccinations – £30. Neutering (if required) – up to £35. Flea & worm treatments – £10. Microchip – £15. Vet checks, and blood test for all adult cats – £25.

We therefore ask adopters for a fee of £40 per cat or kitten or £70 if you adopt two together, and if you feel able to make a donation on top of the fee it would be very gratefully received. We know times are hard so thank you for your decision to rehome a CP cat!
