Name: PHOEBE

Location: Bedford & Biggleswade

Phoebe is a beautiful young lady, estimated to be around 2 years old.

Phoebe loves playing with string toys, catnip mice and balls, and is often seen charging around the pen chasing after something. When she has had enough of playing, she will often be seen sitting on the shelf in her pen watching the birds in the garden.

Phoebe is an affectionate girl who likes to come for a fuss and will curl up, purring on your lap. She always greets you with a little chirp and likes to tell you what she has been doing since she last saw you.

Phoebe would love to find a home where she is the only pet so she can have all the attention on her. She would be happy to live with children who will play with her and in return she will give cuddles and purrs. She will also need a home away from busy roads and railways.

Phoebe will have been microchipped and have had her first vaccination. Should she be adopted before her 2nd vaccination she will need to return to Scotts Vets (Bedford, Sharnbrook & Wixams), but Cats Protection will pay the cost of this.

We suspect that Phoebe has been neutered. But our home visitors and fosterer will advise you of signs to look out for. If not neutered a full cost neutering voucher will be issued to his new family.

An ideal starting point for Phoebe is a safe, secure, quiet room to start off in. A room where she can have a separate area for food and water. For a litter tray placed as far away as possible from her food and water. For somewhere to hide, access to a high spot where she can view her surroundings, a suitable place to sleep or, ideally, a choice of them, a scratching post and a few cat toys and space for her to play. We recommend a Feliway diffuser in her room, as she will likely hide away for a few days when she goes to her new home.
