Sweep's Happy Ending

Some of our readers may remember Sweep - who had a screw sticking out of her leg when she came into care. It was the result or surgery carried out to repair a fracture when she was very young. That operation was successful and she was able to run around happily, but over time the screw worked to the surface and our vets advised that it should be removed. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the screw was taken out and Sweep was soon as lively as ever. Once she'd recovered, we were able to rehome her to new owners who report that she's on top of the world and that they are absolutely smitten with her. "We feel like we have struck gold with her. She knows this is her forever home, and her humans will obey in any way she commands."
