Give a car to Cats Protection - Did you know that you can turn your old car into cash for our cats?
Giveacar is a unique social enterprise that allows people to donate their old car to Cats Protection by offering a scrappage scheme to raise funds.
All you need to do is complete the online form which will ask you about you and your car.
In the ‘Any other comments section’ please do specify that you would like the funds to go to Cats Protection St.Austell for our branch to benefit.
Giveacar will contact you to confirm the details, and then arrange for a convenient pick-up time for a tow truck to collect your car.
Your car will then be sent to auction or scrap, depending on it’s condition.
Once it has sold, Giveacar then donate all proceeds, minus administration costs, to your selected our branch.
You will receive a receipt for your kind donation within 6 weeks.
