SammyDereham Adoption Centre

This Handsome boy is Sammy. Originally Sammy was a stray with another adoption centre. He was adopted to a very caring family who's decision to give him up was very difficult for them. There decision was due to changes in the home that they felt Sammy would not cope well with due to previous behavioural issues.

Sammy has shown lots of signs of affection here in care, he loves to talk to us and will purr his heart out and paddy paw when you are giving him head rubs.

He is a boy with a really great personality. One minute he could be sleeping and chilling the next he is chasing a ball or a mouse around the pen, he still has a kitten in him at heart!

He adores his scratch matts that are all around his pen. Sammy is the kind of cat who wants you there for the company and comes to you when he wants some love and affection. We feel Sammy would do best in a home with no other pets so it is as stress free as possible for him. Ideally Sammy would need an adult only home, and their lifestyle is not too hectic for him. He may take a little time to settle at first so nice slow steps with Sammy would be the way to go with him. Sammy enjoyed going outside in his previous home. The location was semi rural so he would be looking for a rural location again so he can explore. If you feel you could give Sammy the home he requires please send an enquiry form to us.
