Cat adoption in Harrogate

Could you provide a loving new home for a cat in Harrogate?

At Harrogate Cats Protection, we often rescue cats and kittens from very difficult environments – like being abandoned in a bin or at the side of the road; from an abusive home environment where they’re at risk of danger; or they may just have been sleeping outside in the cold, all alone. And sometimes, after finding themselves in a desperate situation, a cat's owner may even have chosen to take their cat to a vet to be euthanised, as we sadly sometimes see. In all of these cases and more, Harrogate Cats Protection needs your help to provide a loving and safe home for the cats we rescue: we believe all cats and kittens deserve that.

Why adopt a cat from Cats Protection?

Adopting a cat or kitten from Harrogate Cats Protection means that your new friend will benefit from the experience, skill and care that you would expect from the UK's largest feline welfare charity; with many included advantages like a health-check, vaccinations, neutering, microchipping and more.

During the process of adopting a cat from us, we’ll take into account various factors, including your potential new pet’s personality and how it aligns with your lifestyle, as well as your home environment. Our goal is to create the purr-fect match for both cat and owner, facilitating a fabulous feline friendship!
