Rehoming Success Story: Felix - Aug 2022

Felix was in the care of North Herts Cats Protection in 2022 and we homed him to his forever loving home. His adopter has been in touch to let us know how he's been getting on:

"Felix has settled in amazingly well and is now right at home - he has fit right in with us. He's such a loving cat you can tell he has been well loved in his life, he just loves following us around the house and is incredibly affectionate. He's excellent company for us as we are at home to entertain him all day. He's getting on fairly well with our other cat - he seems to very much like her, but she is still a little bit suspicious if mostly accepting of him. Healthwise he's doing really well, he had a blood test this week and his thyroid is now within normal limits and he's put on 0.5kg which the vet was very happy about. He seems amazingly well and active for an older cat and loves playing with a fish rod toy and jumping on the table. He's had his first few forays outdoors now and so far has liked to stay close by and watch the world go by in our garden. We're very happy to have him!"

We're delighted that felix is doing so well. If you've adopted a cat from North Herts Cat Protection and would like to send an update please contact us, we'd love to hear from you.
