Working Mousers

Are you in need of some pest control paw-fficers?

While normally we never attempt to re-site/relocate feral cats for numerous reasons, we (or our neighbouring sister branches accross Northern Ireland) are often made aware of feral cats and/or kittens which need of urgent relocation for their welfare.

These cats are not traditionally friendly, so are not suitable for homing as pet cats.

If you can provide outdoor shelter and supplementary daily feeding to some of these cats, they are the best form of pest control around!

These cats will be/are already neutered, flea/wormed, had 1st vaccination, general health check and FIV/FeLV tested so will come in peak condition for hunting.

Please note to reolcate feral mousers, they must be safely contained e.g. within a shed, garage or stable, for a minimum of 2 weeks - this ensures they do not become displaced and lost. Thus, a suitably secure area must be available in order to relocate them.

If interested in providing a home for one of these mouser, please do get in touch via adoptionteamleader@ballymena.cats.org.uk
