Contact Us

If you urgently need our help to rehome your cat please call our national helpline on 03000 12 12 12 or email info@cats.org.uk

If your cat needs urgent veterinary treatment please call your vet in the first instance and your veterinary team will be able to triage the case over the phone. They will likely then offer a phone, video or face to face consultation dependent on the urgency / need for the patient to be seen. Please make sure you are aware of your veterinary practice's opening hours and consult protocols at this time.

If you require a neutering voucher and are on means tested benefits and you live in the the Burton-on-Trent areas, you can call  on 03000 121212.

If you have lost your cat or you find a cat please go to our lost and found page and register the details on AnimalSearchUK.

For cat or kitten veterinary emergencies and needs, you must, in all cases, contact a local veterinary surgery. You can use this link Yell.com to search for your nearest local veterinary practices.

For urgent cat/kitten welfare issues, when our helpline or the national helpline is closed, we advise that you contact the RSPCA 24-hour advice and cruelty line on 0300 1234 999.
