Contact Us

To contact our branch, please call our helpline which is open between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday on
01246 802919 or email us at enquiries@chesterfield.cats.org.uk
Please ring us about adopting a cat, lost cats and found cats, re-homing owned cats, the Home-to-Home Register, volunteering and membership and donations.
For
Neutering Vouchers please call the help line number. Queries regarding these vouchers
cannot be dealt with through the contact us form on this page.
Anybody wishing to adopt, re-home, Home to Home ((H2H) register or with lost or found cats will be given a reference number. Please make a note of this number and use it when re-contacting us at any point; it helps us to refer to any details you gave us previously without having to take them all again.
When leaving your details we would prefer a landline number for contacting you, if at all possible, as it keeps our costs down.
Anybody wishing us to take a cat into our care will be put on a waiting list and the cat brought into our care as soon as possible – but please keep in mind that we have a long waiting list. Because it could be some time before we can bring cats in please contact us once a month to confirm that you still require our help. Many people do manage to find homes for their cats but then forget to let us know. As we are all volunteers it can make our phone bills astronomical if people don’t let us know that they have dealt with the situation themselves.
Please feel free to phone us for advice – bearing in mind that we are not vets – we will help you where we can and we do have a number of contact numbers you could call where we are unable to help with a specific problem.
