We are open 11.00am - 4.00pm, 7 days a week. No appointment is necessary to visit, appointments only needed for collection of your new cat and to bring cats in for rehoming. We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day. Open all other Bank Holidays.
If you have found a sick or injured cat, please call the RSPCA on 0300 1234 999. Please note we are unable to accept cats brought to us without an appointment. We do not charge for cats to come into our care, but we strongly encourage a donation towards the cost of your cat whilst in our care.
