Adopt a cat

At the moment we have no cats ready for adoption. We currently have a mum and two kittens, but these will not be available for adoption until August at the earliest, and we do not hold a waiting list. We also have a 10-year old long-haired black female undergoing vet treatment, and more cats and/or kittens coming in to us shortly.  Details will be given here when we have them. As soon as the cats/kittens we are looking after become ready for adoption, they will be shown below.

If you are interested in adopting a cat from us, please use the 'contact us about this cat' button shown with the cat's details. Alternatively, or if you have any queries about adoption, please call us on 01494 681615 or email us at Once we have your details and requirements, we will contact you to discuss the next stage. We aim to contact you within 24 hours, although as we are all volunteers this may not always be possible, so please be patient.

All cats are neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, vet-checked, and have been treated for fleas and worms. We will also pay for kittens adopted from us to be neutered when they are old enough. All we ask for is an adoption fee of £80 per cat/kitten which helps towards the costs of looking after the cats in our care, and finding them homes so that more cats can be cared for.

We do not have a central adoption centre – all cats available for adoption are kept at private addresses by volunteer fosterers. If you would like to know more about our new 'hands-free' adoption process, please read our frequently asked questions. If you would like any further help, please get in touch with us.

Please note that you should ideally live within the High Wycombe and South Bucks catchment area (HP6 to HP15 and SL7 to SL9) to adopt from this branch. If you live outside this catchment area but still want to adopt one of the cats shown on this website, please contact us, as sometimes we may still be able to help.

Below are the cats that are in our care and currently waiting for homes. Although the list is always up to date, we may also have other cats or kittens that are not quite ready for adoption, so even if you don’t see a suitable cat on this page, please still get in touch so that we can tell you what might be available soon. The cats pictured below are in approximate order of coming into our care.  The cats that have been waiting the longest time for a forever home are shown first, so if they look suitable for you, please spare them some thought.

There are currently no cats available here.
