Adopt a cat
Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat from us at the North London Adoption Centre!
We aim to make the process of adopting your new best friend as quick and easy as possible. Please see below the cats we currently have available for rehoming. If you like the look of any of them, click "Contact Us" at the bottom of their profile to apply. Our team will contact you back if it looks like a good match, to discuss the cat further.
Once we find a match for you, you'll have 2 days to complete the adoption process and take your chosen cat home. We work on a quick turnaround as this enables us to make space for the many other cats in need of our help. Prior to reserving a cat, we will ask you to provide your landlord's written permission to own a cat (if you are in rented accommodation). The cat will be available to others until this information is provided. You'll also need to send proof of address as part of the process, and pay our adoption fee of £105 for kittens under 6 months, or £85 for cats over 6 months. Of course donations on top of these fees are greatly appreciated.
All our cats are vet checked, neutered*, vaccinated**, microchipped, and treated for fleas and worms. They also come with 4 weeks' free Petplan insurance, so you can adopt with confidence!
*Some younger kittens may be sent home with a neutering voucher
**Some cats may require a second vaccination, we always let adopters know if this is the case.
