Can you help Sooty?

When one of our Cardiff team came across Sooty, he was found as a stray wandering on a feral colony, but he was obviously not feral, and was friendly and came running for food and for strokes.
We noticed that Sooty was was limping and had a badly injured left hind leg, so we brought him in to the vet and discovered that he needed an urgent operation to have his leg amputated.
Thankfully, Sooty is recovering really well, but the unexpected cost of his surgery has naturally had an impact on the fundraised income for our Cardiff and the Vale volunteer led branch.
We know that times are tough for many of us at the moment, but your donation (no matter how small) will help us to be able to cover these unexpected costs, and to continue to support cats just like Sooty when they need us most.
Sooty is currently living with his foster family who say that he is very friendly, and the most affectionate cat that loves lap cuddles.
He likes his mouse toys, fishing rod toy, and treats and he is very grateful to be back in a warm home rather than lost in the woods.
He is enjoying being in a quiet home with someone around a lot to give him lots of fuss.
We are sincerely grateful for whatever support you can afford to give.
Thank you!
