Volunteering

For volunteering oppotunities in the Croydon branch of Cats Protection, please take a look at the available roles below:

Now that we have started holding our fundraising events (see dates on our Events section) we would welcome any help from volunteers willing to either man a stall, help unload the goods, help clear away after the event or if you have a driving licence to drive our van.  If you feel you could help in any way please contact enquiries@croydon.cats.org.uk.

An important part of our work is finding new homes for the cats we take in as fosters and we have vacancies for Homing Organisers, also known as Cat Match volunteers who try to match up the right cat with the prospective adopter.  We have a rota of Homing Organisers doing a month at a time and training will be given before taking on this task.  If interested please select View Details below or contact lesley.emery@croydon.cats.org.uk.

If you are interested in fostering cats for us and have a room, flat or whole house free to take one of our cats for short periods of time and would like more information please contact welfareteamleader@croydon.cats.org.uk.

Cat match volunteer

At Cats Protection we find thousands of perfect matches between people and cats every year. Our cat match volunteers provide the support, information and guidance needed to match the right person to the right feline friend.
