Welcome to Cats Protection Forth Valley

We’re here to support cats and kittens in the Forth Valley area, covering postcodes EH51, FK1, FK10, FK11, FK12, FK13, FK14, FK15, FK16, FK17, FK18, FK19, FK2, FK20, FK21, FK3, FK4, FK5, FK6, FK7, FK8, FK9, G63.  

We are open to support cats and kittens across the Forth Valley area. Run by a dedicated team who love cats, were passionate about making a difference to the lives of cats and kittens throughout the Forth Valley area. 

Our aim at Forth Valley:  

  • Advice and guidance 
  • Neutering  
  • Donations and fundraising  
  • Education  
  • Lost and found cats

Although the centre is not open for public visits, our team are working hard behind the scenes to support cats and their owners. If you would like to help, donations are aways gratefully received and make a real difference to the cats and kittens we care for across Cats Protection.

Items we are always in need of donations of include:

Volunteer at Cats Protection Forth Valley Cat Centre

Without volunteers, Forth Valley Cat Centre simply wouldn't exist. Our amazing, friendly volunteers are a diverse group with a shared love of cats who fit volunteering around their home lives and personal commitments. 
 
We're often looking to welcome new volunteers to join our brilliant team. As well as meeting great people and making an incredible difference to the cats of Forth Valley, you'll enjoy practical benefits such as discounted pet insurance.

Trap, neuter and return (TNR) volunteer

Forth Valley Cat Centre

Unfortunately, thousands of cats each year are abandoned or have strayed and rely on charities like Cats Protection for help. Becoming a trap, neuter and return (TNR) volunteer is one way you can make a real difference to cats in your local area. Our TNR volunteers help reduce the number of feral cats by raising awareness of our TNR programmes, setting humane traps to safely capture cats, taking them to local vets to be neutered, and hopefully returning them back to their territory. Lost and found cats in Forth Valley

Have you lost or found a cat in the Forth Valley area? We’re here to help you. To report a lost cat, or if you have found a cat in the Forth Valley area, please call us on 07584 888 195 or email: lostandfound@forthvalley.cats.org.uk. 

You can also contact us via our dedicated Forth Valley Lost and Found Facebook page.  

Lost a cat? We’re here to help you. We can add your cat to our Lost & Found Facebook page & check to see if any cats are a possible match. Email us or message us some clear photos which show your cat's colour and markings, Your name, address & phone number. Your cat's name & the date & time your cat went missing. Are they microchipped with contact details up to date? Tell us if they are neutered or not. 

Found a cat? Please email us full details, as above and let us know where and when the cat was found and how long it has been around and include a photo.  

Cats are free roaming, inquisitive creatures, who like to explore their neighbourhood, please consider if the cat is definitely lost or if it could belong to a neighbour. If the cat is unwell or injured, please call the SSPCA on: 03000 999 999
