Volunteer at Cats Protection London

Without volunteers, Cats Protection London simply wouldn't exist. Our amazing, friendly volunteers are a diverse group with a shared love of cats who fit volunteering around their home lives and personal commitments.

We're often looking to welcome new volunteers to join our brilliant team. As well as meeting great people and making an incredible difference to the cats of London, you'll enjoy practical benefits such as discounted pet insurance.

Cat Fostering Vacancies

Periodically we recruit fosterers to care for cats or litter of kittens at home, until they find their forever home. It's a very flexible way to volunteer that fits around holidays and other commitments.

We provide everything you need including covering any veterinary costs, food and cat litter.

Previous experience of looking after cats is an advantage and you will need to have a separate room for settling the cat into where all their resources will be kept.

If you live within 30 minutes drive N7 7PH we’d love to hear from you. You will need to be available to transport your foster cat to & from our vet surgery for vet checks on weekdays (with notice) etc. We cover the cost of taxi journeys when transporting your foster cat.

Please apply via volunteering opportunities when they are advertised.
