Welcome to Cats Protection Macclesfield Branch

We're here to support cats and kittens in Macclesfield, covering postcodes: SK10, SK11, SK12, SK9.

Run by a small team of dedicated, cat-loving volunteers, we're passionate about improving the lives of cats and kittens in Macclesfield, and lost and found cats, as well as general education and awareness within the Macclesfield area. You can find out more about the work of Cats Protection here.

Cat adoption in Macclesfield

There are currently no cats available for adoption from the Macclesfield Branch.

If you are needing to rehome your cat, we have to advise you that unfortunately this Branch has no fosterers, which means we are unable to take any cats into our care. Please be aware that Cats Protection Adoption Centres and Branches are full, with waiting lists.

We urge you to do as much as you can to keep your cat, rather than considering rehoming. If this is impossible and your situation is urgent, please complete an enquiry form on the website (which you will find by clicking on Contact Us) and we will respond to you.

Please be aware that we can only help owners who live within our catchment postcode areas SK9, SK10, SK11 and SK12.

If you live outside these areas please contact the National Cat Centre on 03000 12 12 12 / www.cats.org.uk

If the reason for wanting to rehome a cat is potentially financial, we can help by providing some food and litter.
