Welcome to Macclesfield Cats Protection Branch
Owing to a change in Tesco’s policy, it is with great sadness that we have to advise that the Cats Protection food donation bin has now been removed from the Hibel Road, Macclesfield store.
We are extremely grateful to Tesco for supporting Macclesfield Cats Protection for so many years by allowing us to have the bin in the store and would like to thank all the amazing Tesco customers for the huge amount of cat food etc they have donated to us over the years. Their kindness and generosity of spirit have enabled us to help even more cats.
If anyone wishes to continue donating cat food etc to Macclesfield Cats Protection please contact us by telephone on 01625 801802, or by email at email@example.com or, alternatively, you can leave a message on our Facebook page.
We are committed to reducing the number of stray and wanted cats and to promoting microchipping as a preferred means of permanent identification.
In association with Bond Street, Bollington, Broken Cross, Broom Cottage and Wright & Morten Veterinary Practices we are currently running a Free Feline Neutering and Microchipping Campaign.
To be eligible for free neutering and microchipping of your cat or kitten, you must be in receipt of a recognised benefit and live within the postcode areas SK9, SK10, SK11 or SK12. For further information please do get in touch with us - details on the ways in which you can contact the branch are on the Contact Us page.
You are welcome to contact us for advice by telephoning us on 01625 801802 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org but please bear in mind that response times might be slightly longer than usual due to the effects of the pandemic.
We also have our Lost and Found page. Please take a look and keep an eye out for any of the cats that have sadly been reported missing along with those who have been found and need to get back home.
We regularly update site content so please visit us again soon!
