Our branch is staffed entirely by volunteers. We respond to all queries as quickly as we can, so please do be patient and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We cover these postcode areas:
- M1 - M4
- M8 - M15
- M18 - M21
If your postcode isn't covered by the Manchester branch then try one of the other local branches:

Lost and found cats
Can you help us reunite any of these lost and found cats with their owners?
Help make microchipping compulsory
Microchipping gives a lost cat the best chance of being reunited with its owner. Cats Protection is calling for the compulsory microchipping of owned cats.

We’re heartened that so many cat lovers across the UK are currently considering how they can be of help to our feline friends.
We are considering how best to respond to the current situation with COVID-19, while focusing on cats in our care and keeping our current volunteers safe. While we do that we are temporarily suspending volunteer recruitment.
You can keep up to date with the situation on our Cats Protection Volunteers Facebook page.
