About Cats Protection:
Cats Protection is the largest and longest established feline welfare charity in the UK. At the Northampton branch we have approximately 40 volunteer team members, who give up their time to ensure that all cats have the best possible care and a bright future.
Cats Protection rescues and rehomes unwanted and abandoned cats, and promotes responsible cat ownership. We work towards three aims:
- To rescue stray and unwanted cats and kittens, and rehabilitate and rehome them where possible.
- To encourage the neutering of all cats and kittens.
- To inform the public about the care of cats and kittens.
Homing Officer needed:
The branch is looking for a homing officer for adult cats. This is a key volunteer post within branch which is unpaid and would involve working from home as part of a team. The applicant must be IT literate and confident with data input. They should have a good telephone manner and enjoy speaking to members of the public. Would suit a retired person.
Please apply in the first instance to our helpline 0344 7003251 or email firstname.lastname@example.org

We hope all of you who obtained vouchers get your cats neutered to save any more kittens having kittens......good homes are in short supply and thousands of kittens have been born due to Covid and necessary vet closures.
HOWEVER ....You can always apply for our normal vouchers which give £40 towards female spay, and £25 towards male neuter.
