Exeter Branch was founded in 1979 and over the years has helped many thousands of cats and kittens by bringing them into care and finding them loving homes.  Over the past few years the Branch has been more pro-active and tried to prevent many abandoned and unwanted cats & kittens coming into care by focussing all their time & resources into low-cost neutering support.  We are now financially supporting the neutering of over 1000 cats & kittens a year.  For more information on low-cost neutering please call 01392 276291 or visit our Feature Pages.

All this comes as a cost to the Branch, which we rely on the generous support of the public through our fundraising and donations.
You can donate directly to the Exeter Branch by following the DONATE button at the top of this page.

Many of us are shopping online from the safety of our homes at the moment.  Did you know you can help us raise funds for FREE when you shop online?
It's easy and it's FREE!  Just visit  https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/catsexeter/   and follow the simple steps to sign up before you start shopping.  Then you can start shopping using the links to over 2000 retailers, including Amazon, Next Argos, M&S and John Lewis, and every time you shop, a donation will be given to us at no additional cost to you!  Brilliant!  And on behalf of the cats, thank-you!

*** Update ***
2020 was a challenging year for everyone.
At Cats Protection we continued to help cats whilst following government safety guidelines.
Exeter Branch still managed to help finance the neutering of nearly 700 cats & kittens.
Axhayes Adoption Centre re-homed over 600 cats & kittens through their Hands Free Homing process - www.cats.org.uk/axhayes/adopt-a-cat

If the COVID-19 Pandemic didn't cause enough stress, Exeter Branch were devastated to lose John Jose our chief fundraiser who had worked tireslessly for over 30yrs raising more than £250000 for the Branch.  He will be sadly missed by all.

The Pandemic also put paid to our fundraising events, particularly our Annual Christmas Fair at Kenton. Unfortunately the Pandemic doesn't stop the bills coming in!
Many thanks to all those supporters who kindly sent donations to us throughout the year.
People can continue to help the cats through various ways, for those who shop from home online Easyfundraising is a win, win opportunity.  You can also help the cats through the CP Lottery - go to our 'Support Us' page for further details.

Many thanks for your continued support.
