Charity Shop Anniversary

On 30th November our lovely charity shop in Street will have been open for seven years. It has been such a success thanks to the efforts of the manager, assistant and volunteers. You will be assured of a friendly welcome from them and the team. They take great pride in the shop and in raising money for the cats of Somerset.

The shop continues to meet or succeed its sales targets. Its success is also due to all of you cat lovers who keep the shop supplied with stock. We can't thank you enough for all your support.

Opening a shop was a big step for us and rather scary. We were able to finance the set up thanks to a large legacy that we received seven years ago. Now we think it is the best decision we ever made.

The shop provides us with a steady monthly income and has enabled us to run bi-annual neutering and microchipping campaigns, finance the neutering of a number of large feral colonies and buy several new fostering pens.

We are confident that our shop will go from strength to strength in the future and enable us to help even more of the needy cats in our area.
