Rascal

Dorset Cat Centre

Meet Rascal – a quiet, gentle boy who doesn’t live up to his mischievous name. Rascal is currently a shy chap and prefers to stay tucked away in his warm, cosy bed. With a little patience, he does enjoy a gentle tickle on the cheek and has shown interest in playtime. We feel he isn't thriving in the cattery environment, as in his previous home he was described as confident and affectionate, often sitting on a lap. Rascal does have a low-grade heart murmur, but this doesn’t require any treatment. He’s looking for a patient owner who will give him time to settle and feel safe again. Rascal would thrive in a calm, quiet home either as the only pet or he may also be willing to live with a small, calm dog or possibly another cat, provided introductions are done slowly and carefully. With the right home, we believe Rascal’s confidence and loving nature will soon shine through.
