In memory of Poppy

Poppy was the centre of our world. For 17 years we loved and looked after you. Our holidays always short ones as we did not like to leave you at home for too long without us, even though you had the best babysitter in the world. We gave you the best food and absolutely adored you. 2 years ago you were diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. We did have trouble getting the medicine into your food but persevered and kept you going for another 2 years. The last month has been horrible as we could see you deteriorate. Selfishly we tried to keep you with us but yesterday we had to have you put to sleep. We are both devastated and I cannot stop crying. I miss you already. Life is not ever going to be the same ever again, RIP my angel you brought us so much love and happy memories xx
