In memory of Roux

Beautiful Mr Roux, who always put the positive in FIV+. The most handsome, chonkiest, messiest, funniest, clumsiest, gentle, loving and special boy in the world. Adopted from CPL in July 2024 shortly after my previous FIV boy passed away. I didn't have nearly enough time with you, Mr Roux, and I would do anything to have you back here with me in health and happiness. In the relatively short time we spent together, you healed my grief from losing my boy Jack, then my job, and then my Mum, and I so wish you could still be here to help me at the first anniversary of Mum's passing. You were such a sweet and loving boy; whenever I was sad, you would trot over, jump onto my lap and give me so much affection - you always knew how to make me feel better and now I need you more than ever. I can hardly bear to be alone in the flat and it's not a home anymore now you've gone. I keep looking out of the window you also loved to look out of, feeling so heartbroken that you aren't next to me. My gorgeous big boy, my best friend who helped me to love again. You may be gone forever but you'll always be in my heart. I love you to the moon and back - please wait for me at the Rainbow Bridge (I'll bring Mr Banana and some Dreamies). Rest in eternal peace, my darling. No more suffering now. Mummy loves you dearly xxxxxx
